All Porterbuilt products are hand built by our staff of professional fabricators in our Arizona facility, using state-of-the-art welding and precision fabrication equipment. Our products are built with quality and performance in mind.
Because parts are built to order and our custom manufacturing process, build times can vary. We typically ship products within 2-6 weeks. For an accurate timeframe on your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order.
All domestic shipments originating from PB Fab are shipped via UPS, typically via UPS Ground.
All International shipments are shipped via UPS, typically UPS worldwide or UPS Standard. The receiver is responsible for all duties and fees. Any large International shipments may ship via freight. The receiver is responsible for any taxes, duties and fees associated with the shipment.
PB Fab DOES NOT allow freight forwarding or pick up services on any International orders or shipments. For any questions, please email email@example.com.

If you receive a damaged product, immediately note the damage with the shipping company upon delivery. Please take pictures of the packaging and product and email our sales department: firstname.lastname@example.org.
PB Fab does not accept returns or exchanges on any custom made or fabricated parts.
Please be cautious when throwing away packaging materials or boxes. Some of our kits have multiple items inside and hardware may be wrapped in packaging material.
All backordered or drop shipped items will ship as soon as possible.
